The date of commencement of ongoing proceedings is indicated as the date of receipt of the appeal by C.R.D.D.. Once we have proof of receipt of the appeal by the Respondent (which the Regulation considers to be the date of commencement of proceedings) the date is corrected and the date of receipt of the appeal by C.R.D.D. is replaced by the date of commencement of proceedings as provided for in the Regulation, i.e. the date on which the Respondent became (or should have become) aware of the appeal. The end date of the procedure is indicated as the date on which the decision of the panel is rendered.

The outcome of the procedure can be: transfer (i.e. the domain name is transferred to the complainant), rejected (the domain name remains with the original assignee), extinguished (judicial proceedings have been initiated in the course of the proceedings), waived (the complainant has given up), domain name waived by the respondent (i.e. the proceedings have been declared extinct due to the respondent's renunciation of the disputed domain name), settled (when the matter in dispute has ceased to exist as a result of a settlement between the parties), inadmissible (the claim was filed despite the fact that judicial or arbitration proceedings were in progress, or the domain name had not previously been the subject of an opposition with the Registry).

Request for certified copies of decisions

Certified copies of the decisions rendered by the experts on C.r.d.d.'s list, whose correspondence to the original is attested by C.r.d.d.'s legal representative, may be requested against flat-rate reimbursement of the costs of copying, attestation and mailing, set at €60.00 plus VAT if applicable. The payment can be made in the same way as the payment of the fee for the reassignment procedures.
